Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Scrubadub (the “Site”), operated by Rupal Vikas LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Scrubadub is an independent, non-commercial passion project that presents historical professional-football data — standings, rosters, drafts, free agency, playoffs, awards, championships, and team histories — for informational and educational purposes.

The Site compiles historical data from a variety of sources and is provided for general informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we make no representation or warranty that the data is complete, current, or error-free. Do not rely on the Site for any purpose where accuracy is essential, including wagering, financial, or other consequential decisions. The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

The Site’s original content — including its software, design, layout, written copy, and the Scrubadub name and branding — is owned by Rupal Vikas LLC and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our original content except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

Third-party trademarks. NFL team names, logos, uniforms, and other marks are the property of their respective owners. Scrubadub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Football League or any of its teams, and we claim no ownership of, or rights in, those marks. They are used here only to identify the teams and events the historical data describes. Underlying factual data (such as scores and statistics) is not owned by us.

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-extract data or content from the Site by automated means without our prior written permission;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Site except to the extent permitted by law;
• interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or its security, or attempt to gain unauthorized access; or
• use the Site in any unlawful manner or in violation of these Terms.

Accounts are optional and free; you can use the Site without one. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used abusively. Accounts are provided “as is” with no guarantee of availability of any particular account feature.

The Site links to third-party websites, including our social accounts and our Ko-fi support page. Voluntary contributions made through Ko-fi are gifts that support the project; they are processed entirely by Ko-fi under its own terms, and they do not create any contract, membership, or entitlement to the Site. We are not responsible for third-party sites or their content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and all content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rupal Vikas LLC and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site or any reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rupal Vikas LLC and its owners from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

If you are a rights holder and believe content on the Site infringes your intellectual property, or you have any other legal concern, please contact us with the details and we will respond promptly.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
